Certain eufy Security devices are equipped with advanced Dual-Band Wi-Fi 6 technology. This advanced technology allows for a faster and more stable connection, enhancing the performance and reliability of your security devices.

Dual-Band Wi-Fi 6 supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands. You can select the 5GHz band for faster, smoother high-quality live views, or use the 2.4GHz band for a longer connection range. This flexibility allows you to choose the option that best suits your needs and environment.

In addition to improved connectivity, Dual-Band Wi-Fi 6 also supports WPA3 encryption for added security.

To change your Wi-Fi connection, simply go to the General Settings in your eufy app. Make sure your phone is connected to the same Wi-Fi as your camera.

Please refer to the following recommendations for optimal performance:

1. Install the camera as close to the router as possible, with a straight-line distance not exceeding 70ft.

2. If the camera is installed at a location with a poor network environment, it is recommended to use Wi-Fi range extenders or mesh Wi-Fi systems to ensure your camera is within the Wi-Fi coverage.

3. For optimal performance, use a Wi-Fi 6 router and make sure 802.11b/g/n/ax is enabled.
