Please note how long a Video Doorbell Dual's battery lasts before it needs to be recharged depends on how many times the doorbell is triggered, recording time duration, and environmental temperatures. In most common scenarios, a fully charged doorbell can last for 180-day. Video Doorbell Dual test was done in the following conditions:

- Temperature: 68°F (20°C)

- 10 motion detections per day

- Recorded for 30 seconds each time motion was detected

- Standby power consumption was included during the usage time

Please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.

1. Choose the Balance Surveillance working mode. Step: App Side Bar > Settings > Power Manager > Balance Surveillance. In this mode, the power consumption of the battery will be reduced, but the doorbell may not be able to detect all motion events.

2. Select "Human Only" instead of "All Motions". Step: App Side Bar > Settings > Dual Detection > Human Only.

3. Set up or narrow the Activity Zone to filter the false triggers. Step: App Side Bar > Settings > Dual Detection > Activity Zone.
