- Proof of purchase.
- Online purchase example: Your Amazon order number.
- In-store purchase example: Your receipt from the store.
- A photo of your door frame and the deadbolt spacer.
- Current valid shipping address.
Note: Please provide a physical mailing address and not a P.O. Box.
Once eufy support team is able to verify the above information and validate your C210 Smart Lock’s warranty, a compatible deadbolt spacer will be processed and shipped to you.
