This issue usually happens when the rubber piece that blocks dust is stuck by an object or the filters need to be cleaned. Try the following tips:

• Confirm if anything is stuck in the position of the rubber piece that blocks dust from falling out of the dustbin. Please send us a picture showing it.
• Confirm if the dustbin and filters are clean and completely dry.
