This issue usually happens when the rubber piece that blocks dust is stuck by an object or the filters need to be cleaned. Try the following tips:
Confirm if anything is stuck in the position of the rubber piece that blocks dust from falling out of the dustbin. Please send us a picture showing it.
Confirm if the dustbin and filters are clean and completely dry.
If the problem persists, please contact us and send us pictures showing the rubber piece (see the sample picture) and the filters to further identify the problem.
