The eufy Clean app will show an animation on how to use your MACH V1 series via the app. Using the MACH V1 Ultra as an example, the app will display the vacuum cleaner's 3D model, provide tips on how to generate ozone, produce steam, start the quick-dry function, replace the roller brush, replace the accessories, and enable the descaling process.

Additionally, the eufy Clean app can also provide you with the flexibility to remotely control your MACH V1 series, such as enabling or disabling ozone, and even starting the self-cleaning process when the vacuum cleaner is already placed on its charging base.

Please note that it is highly recommended to always update your MACH V1 series' firmware to the latest version by using the eufy Clean app. The MACH team will continue to provide firmware updates in order to further enhance your user experience with your MACH V1 series!

If you encounter an issue with your MACH V1 series, the eufy Clean app also has troubleshooting steps to guide you through resolving the issue. However, if the troubleshooting steps cannot resolve your issue, please enable the activity log in the eufy Clean app and copy your device's information, then reach out to professional MACH engineers to have the issue resolved in a timely manner.
