There are several factors that can affect the detection distance of eufy Garage-Control Cam: Detection sensitivity, mounting height, and mounting angle.

It is highly recommended to adjust the detection sensitivity as needed. The installation height of the camera should not exceed 3m and the installation tilt angle should not exceed 25°. 

Generally, the PIR motion sensor on the eufy Garage-Control Cam can detect objects up to 25-30ft / 8-10m away from the camera.
