If you are experiencing issues connecting to your eufy C210 Smart Lock via the eufy Security app on your phone, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.
- Make sure the C210 Smart Lock has enough power and it does not have a low-battery issue.
- Verify you are within 30ft / 9m from the C210 Smart Lock.
- Check the Bluetooth settings on your phone and make sure it is enabled.
- For Android phones, please make sure your Location Services setting is enabled.
If the above troubleshooting steps did not resolve your issue, please try rebooting your C210 Smart Lock by pressing and holding the button that is located next to the micro USB port on the bottom of the lock.
