This issue usually happens when the rubber piece that blocks dust gets stuck by an object or the filters and dust cup need to be cleaned. Please try the following tips to verify if the issue can be resolved:

• Confirm if anything is stuck in the position of the rubber piece that blocks dust from falling out of the dust cup. Please send us a picture showing it.

• Confirm if the dust cup and filters are clean and completely dry.

If the problem persists, please contact us and send us pictures showing the rubber piece (shown in the image below) and the filters for eufy support team to further identify the problem.
