If your HomeVac cannot pick up dust or the suction becomes weak, please refer to the following possible causes:

• The dust cup is full.

• The battery level is low.

• The filters are too dirty.

Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

• Empty the dust cup.

• Recharge the battery.

• Remove the dust cup and then clean the filters. Make sure filters are completely dry before using the vacuum again.
