What should I do if my HomeVac H15/H20 discharges quickly?
Normally, the vacuum can clean for up to 30 mins in Eco Mode or 10 mins in Max Mode after it is fully charged.
If the vacuum's runtime is not normal, please confirm if the vacuum was fully charged with all three LED indicator lights lit up for five minutes before the lights turned off. Normally, it will take approximately one hour to fully charge the vacuum.
Confirm if the following parts need to be cleaned:
the dust cup, filter, built-in retractable crevice, suction inlet, and extension hose.
