What should I do if my eufy Baby Smart Sock is not finding my WiFi network?
If your Smart Sock is unable to discover your 2.4GHz WiFi network, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.
- Please make sure your router is working properly and the 2.4GHz WiFi network SSID is not hidden. If your 2.4GHz WiFi SSID is hidden, please select “Other Network” on the setup screen in the app and enter the WiFi credentials manually.
- Please make sure your router’s security protocol is set to either WPA or WPA2.
- Please keep your Smart Sock close to the router during the setup process.
- Try refreshing the WiFi list in the app.
- Press and hold the SYNC button on the Smart Sock Base for at least two seconds to re-activate the Base.
- Press and hold the SYNC button on the Smart Sock Base for at least 10 seconds to factory reset the Base, and then wait for a few minutes before adding it again.
If you are still experiencing issues with the Smart Sock discovering your 2.4GHz WiFi network, please contact us for assistance.
