What should I do if the MACH V1 series cannot be charged?
After you have finished cleaning the floors, please place the MACH V1 series back on the charging base for the vacuum cleaner to recharge the battery. If the MACH V1 series cannot be charged, it may be caused by a dirty charging metal sheet/charging metal pin, or the wall outlet does not have power.
If the MACH V1 series cannot be charged, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved:
- Check if the wall outlet has power by connecting the power adapter to another wall outlet.
- Check whether the charging metal sheet on the vacuum cleaner and the charging metal pin on the charging base are dirty. Please clean the charging metal sheet on the vacuum cleaner and the charging metal pin on the charging base with a dry cloth.
- Provide the serial number for your vacuum cleaner to us for further analysis. Please refer to the following article for instructions on how to locate the serial number:Where can I find the serial number (SN) and device information for my MACH V1 series?
