If your Smart Sock Base does not emit a beeping sound after you have pressed and held the SYNC button for two seconds, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.
Please wait for the Smart Sock Base to complete its initialization process after it is plugged into a wall outlet. Once the Smart Sock Base powers on and completes the initialization process, its LED indicator ring will turn green.
Please make sure you press and hold the SYNC button for at least two seconds.
Please restart the Smart Sock Base by unplugging the power cable and then plugging the cable into the Smart Sock Base again.
