- Please confirm your current timezone settings in the eufy Security app to ensure the correct timezone is already selected. You can check the settings by going to the Devices tab > S220 SoloCam > select the “...” icon > select the gear wheel icon > Camera Settings > General > Time Settings > Time Zone.
- If the timezone is already set to the correct location, please try setting it to another timezone and then set it back to the correct timezone for the system to refresh the settings.
