This issue might happen when you are not using the original AC adapter, the charging pins need to be cleaned, or there’s something wrong with the charging parts. In order to identify the issue, please:

• Confirm if you are using the original AC adapter that came with the vacuum. 
• If you are using the original AC adapter, confirm if the vacuum can be charged when it is connected to the AC adapter directly without the charging base.
• If it works without the charging base, please confirm:

1. Confirm if the indicator on the charging base lights up normally.
2. Confirm if the pins on the charging base and the main unit are clean and in good shape. Clean if needed.

• If it cannot be charged when plugged in with the AC adapter directly without the charging base, please contact us with a video showing the problem.
