What to do if my HomeVac S11 Infinity/Go/Reach cannot be turned on?
If the HomeVac S11 cannot power on to vacuum, it might be caused by the following issues:
The vacuum is not charged
The internal part of the vacuum may be clogged
Some parts of the vacuum may be broken
Please try the following troubleshooting tips:
Confirm if you were using the original AC adapter that comes with the vacuum and whether the vacuum can be charged normally.
If the vacuum can be charged normally, confirm if the metal pins on the main unit and on the battery are in good shape:
If the metal pins on the main unit are bent, then it is usually due to the battery not being installed properly. Try to straighten it with a ruler and check if it works.

A video showing the indicator while the vacuum is charging, and the indicator status when the On/Off button is pressed after the vacuum is unplugged from the AC adapter.
