Normally, the H30 works up to 20 mins in Eco Mode and 10 mins in Max Mode after it is fully charged. 

If the running time of the vacuum is not normal, confirm if the vacuum was fully charged with all 3 charging indicators lit up. Normally, it takes 4 hours to fully charge.
 

If it was fully charged, confirm if it gives any error indicators while charging or when the vacuum stopped working. Please contact us with a short video showing the specific problem for further assistance.
