Causes of damage:

1. Microwave sterilization — Do not use a microwave to sterilize. Microwaving will warp the parts.

2. Boiling too long — maximum 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Prolonged boiling or extended contact with the pot wall may cause damage.

3. UV sterilizer — can cause yellowing (cosmetic only).

If parts are damaged, discontinue use and contact support for replacements.
