This is because maybe the person or car in the event exceeds the distance of the PIR/Radar trigger, resulting in no triggering of the video recording; it is also possible that the device is not using the correct mode, as well as the sensitivity setting is too low, it is recommended to set the device mode to Optimal Surveillance mode and increase the sensitivity.
