Why does my eufy S220 SoloCam only record the end of an event?
If your eufy S220 SoloCam starts recording videos later than expected, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.
Please select All Motions under the Detection Type in Motion Detection settings, and then increase the motion detection sensitivity level. Please launch the eufy Security app > select the Devices tab > S220 SoloCam > Camera Settings > Motion Detection.
If you have set an activity zone, it is recommended to delete the activity zone. Please launch the eufy Security app > select the Devices tab > S220 SoloCam > Camera Settings > Motion Detection > Activity Zone.
