Why does my eufy S220 SoloCam stop recording earlier than expected?
If your eufy S220 SoloCam stops recording videos earlier than expected, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.
- Please select All Motions under the Detection Type in Motion Detection settings, and then increase the motion detection sensitivity level. Please launch the eufy Security app > select the Devices tab > S220 SoloCam > Camera Settings > Motion Detection.
- Change the camera working mode to Customize Recording with 5s retriggering intervals. Please launch the eufy Security app > select the Devices tab > S220 SoloCam > Camera Settings > Power Manager > Customize Recording.
Note: Under Customize Recording setting, please also disable the “End clip early if motion stops” function, then the camera will not stop recording as soon as the motion stops.
- If you have set an activity zone, it is recommended to delete the activity zone. Please launch the eufy Security app > select the Devices tab > S220 SoloCam > Camera Settings > Motion Detection > Activity Zone.
