If the wireless chime sounds randomly even while no one is pressing the wired doorbell, please try the following tips to see if the issue can be solved:
- Re-add the indoor chime in the app. Steps: Main Page > Security > Add Device > Search Device
- Unplug the indoor chime and leave it unplugged for a night, then replug it back in.
