Why is dust coming out of the HomeVac H11/H11 Pure while in-use?
1. The dust collector might be broken. Inspect the dust collector for any physical damage.
2. The filter may not be properly inserted. Double-check that the filter is properly aligned in the dust collector.
3. The sections of the HomeVac may not be assembled correctly. Ensure that all sections of the HomeVac (main body and dust collector) are aligned and in-place.
