1. Disassemble all parts and reassemble carefully.

2. The most common cause is the diaphragm not fully seated. Re-do assembly step 3: fit the diaphragm into the contoured position at the container back, ensure the diaphragm rim is fully sealed along the groove edge, and press the diaphragm lid firmly.

3. Ensure the container back is firmly pushed in and fully seated under all four check marks—two on the left and right sides of the pouring spout, and two at the bottom.

4. Check for any cracks or damage to the container or silicone seal. If found, contact support for a replacement.

Do not disassemble the container before transferring the milk.
