• Please make sure your smartphone has a strong cellular network signal or it is connected to a stable WiFi network.
• Please verify the signal strength of your S220 SoloCam in the eufy app. If the camera has a weak WiFi signal strength, please try to either mount your S220 SoloCam closer to the router or move the router closer to the camera.
