- Please make sure you have granted app permission to allow the eufy Security app to access your smartphone’s notifications.
- Please make sure you have enabled the motion detection function. Please launch the eufy Security app > select the Devices tab > S220 SoloCam > Camera Settings > Motion Detection.
- Please make sure the area you need the camera to detect is within the camera’s field of view and the range does not exceed 26ft/8m.
