If you are experiencing difficulties receiving push notifications on your smartphone from your S220 SoloCam, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.
Please make sure you have granted app permission to allow the eufy Security app to access your smartphone’s notifications.
Please make sure you have enabled the motion detection function. Please launch the eufy Security app > select the Devices tab > S220 SoloCam > Camera Settings > Motion Detection.
Please make sure the area you need the camera to detect is within the camera’s field of view and the range does not exceed 26ft/8m.
