Note: Indoor Cam S350 connects to both 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks and 5GHz Wi-Fi networks.
Please make sure the Wi-Fi SSID is not hidden, and the security protocol is set to either WPA, WPA2 or WPA3.
If you’re having trouble connecting the camera to Wi-Fi during setup, it might encounter these issues:
- Wi-Fi signal not found: Wi-Fi networks are synced to your camera, not from your phone. The Wi-Fi signal may be too weak or unstable for the camera to connect.
- Incorrect Wi-Fi password: Please make sure you input the correct password.
- Wi-Fi connection failed: An unstable Wi-Fi signal affects the connection between your camera and router. We recommend strengthening the Wi-Fi signal for proper functionality by moving your camera closer to the router.
If none of these tips helped:
- Try setting up on a different device, preferably a mobile phone.
- Perform a hard reset of your camera. Hold the Setup/Reset button for 10 seconds, then wait for about 30 seconds. Setup will restart.
