Storage Methods
In order to save video recordings, eufy Baby Monitor 2 requires one of the following storage methods.
A Class-10 micro SD card (16GB to 128GB) inserted into the camera.
An active eufy cloud backup subscription.
An active Network Attached Storage (NAS).
Camera Settings
Please verify the following settings have been enabled and correctly configured for the camera to record videos.
Baby Monitor 2 is turned on: eufy app > Me > My Devices > Baby Monitor 2 > Settings > Camera On is enabled.
Baby Monitor 2’s Sound Detection function has been configured and a proper sensitivity level has been set: eufy app > Me > My Devices > Baby Monitor 2 > Settings > Sound Detection > Sound Detection is enabled.
