If the app cannot search for the Outdoor String Lights E10 via Bluetooth, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Make sure your smartphone's Bluetooth is turned on and the device is placed next to your smartphone.
2. Press and hold the button for two seconds until the device flashes three times.
3. Check whether the device appears on the app. If the device is already on the app, please delete it from the app and then add it again.
4. Close the app and then open it again.
