Please follow the steps below to find the serial number of your Baby Monitor E20/E21:
Camera
Locate the serial number printed on a label at the bottom of the camera.
Launch the eufy Baby app on your phone > Home screen > tap the Settings icon (three dots) on the Live Stream screen > Settings > General > About Device > Serial Number.
Monitor
Press the Menu button (three horizontal lines) > Monitor Settings > About Device > SN No.
