Q1: Will data be lost after migration?

A: No data will be lost. Maps, scheduled/frequently used task data, and other account information will be automatically synchronized, and users do not need to set them up again.

 

Q2: Can I continue using the Clean app?

A: The Clean app can still be used, but it will no longer receive updates and will only have basic security and privacy-related maintenance. Therefore, it is recommended to migrate to the eufy APP for a better user experience.

 

Q3: Do I need to migrate multiple robot vacuums one by one or all at once?

A: Users do not need to manually migrate. Simply download the eufy APP and log in with your existing account, and your user data will be automatically synchronized.

Q4: Are there any robot vacuum operations in the new eufy app that are different from Clean?

A: The vacuum functions are basically the same, only the homepage robot vacuum card entry style has been adjusted.

A: No.

Q7: For unsupported PNs, how should we respond to customers when they inquire about migration plans?

A: Not currently supported. These users can still use the Clean app normally.

 

Q8: Can robot vacuums and security devices be linked?

A: The feature is under development and is expected to enable linkage with cameras, doorbells, and locks in February.
