How do I enable/disable the "Child Lock" function on my E20 robot vacuum?
The E20 robot vacuum is equipped with a Child Lock function to ensure the safety of children. The Child Lock function can be enabled or disabled via the following two methods:
The eufy App
- Open the eufy app on your phone or tablet.
- Go to the E20 robot's "Settings" screen.
- Select "Robot Settings."
- Enable or disable the "Child Lock" function.
The E20 Robot's Buttons
- Press and hold the "Recharge" and "Start/Pause" buttons simultaneously for three seconds.
- The Child Lock function will be enabled or disabled.
Note: When the Child Lock function is enabled, pressing any button on the robot will emit an audible "Child lock is activated" voice prompt to remind you that it is enabled.
