If the 4G Starlight Camera cannot be charged, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.

1. Check the camera's LED indicator light status. It will be solid blue when the camera is charging.

2. Make sure the environmental temperature is between 0℃ (32℉) - 45℃ (113℉). Otherwise, the camera cannot be charged.

3. Make sure the micro USB cable is inserted into the slot firmly.

4. Use a 5V/2A or a 5V/1A USB charger.

5. Use the USB cable that comes with the camera.
