Add and Switch Between Multiple eufy Accounts

To Create New eufy Accounts

Scenario One

If you want to share devices with others or check the device status on your second phone, you can add up to five accounts so that other phones can access your eufy devices at the same time. Here is how: Sign up for A eufy Account and Share Your eufy Devices With Your Family.

Scenario Two

Under certain circumstances, your original email has been canceled, so you want to change the eufy account synchronously.

If this is the case, you can remove all eufy devices from the original eufy account and delete the original account from eufy system. For security concerns, devices under the original account cannot be switched to a new account with one simple click. Please backup important videos before switching accounts. Then, follow the steps of Sign up for A eufy Account to create a new account. After creating a new account, tap Add Devices in the device tab and follow the in-app instructions to set up devices.

To Switch Between Multiple eufy Accounts

Imagine that you have two apartments with eufy ecosystem installed, in order to distinguish notifications from different devices, you created two accounts to manage different devices. Under the circumstance of one cell phone available, here are steps to switch between multiple eufy accounts.

1. Slide the three-lined side menu of Eufy App and tap the Avatar to log out from the original account.

2. Log out from the original account.

3. Login with a new account by entering a new email address and password.

4. You are able to set the fingerprint ID or face ID to the new account for easy log-in the next time. Here is how: Using Touch ID or Face ID to Automatically Log in eufy App.
