The range of the working temperature of eufy SmartDrop T8790 is -20°C~60°C (-4℉~160℉). The limiting factor for the SmartDrop is its battery in cold temperatures.
If the temperature is above or below the range of the working temperature, eufy SmartDrop’s camera and access PIN codes cannot work properly to receive deliveries. At this time, please use the SmartDrop’s physical keys that are included to lock and unlock the SmartDrop.
