Do I need to subscribe to a cloud service to record video using eufy 4G Starlight Camera?

No. Recording footage doesn’t require a subscription. The footage is saved to the built-in storage on your 4G Starlight Camera if you don’t subscribe to a cloud backup service. 

 

Note: eufy 4G Starlight Camera doesn’t support Cloud Service at present.
