When paired with eufy S380 HomeBase 3, your eufyCam 3/3C camera will be able to support the Face Recognition feature. If you want to add a Familiar Face to the HomeBase, open the eufy Security app and proceed to HomeBase Settings > Face Management.

Failed to add a Face Profile
1. Please know that one HomeBase can store up to 50 faces, including Familiar and Stranger Faces. If the number of faces is 50, please delete some faces and then try to add a new one.
2. Take the face photo in a well-lit environment, to avoid the ambient light being too dark and to record the face
3. Take photos or select a frontal face picture (take off masks, sunglasses, or other coverings)
