Please note that the Smart Display E10 must be connected to a power source to keep the screen on at all times.
When the Smart Display E10 is not connected to a power source, it will automatically lock and turn off the screen according to the Screen Timeout settings.

Tap the gear icon located in the upper right corner of the home screen > select Screen Settings > configure Screen Timeout duration.
When the Smart Display E10 is connected to a power source, it will automatically lock the screen according to the Screen Timeout settings, but the screen will remain on at all times.

Tap the gear icon located in the upper right corner of the home screen > select Screen Settings > configure Screen Timeout duration.

Tap the gear icon located in the upper right corner of the home screen > select Screen Settings > enable “Always display when wired to power.”
