In order to add your eufy Baby Monitor E20/E21 to the eufy app, please first sign up for a new eufy Baby account. You may sign up either on the eufy app or on eufylife.com. If you already have an active eufy Security, eufy Pet, EufyHome, or EufyLife account, you can simply log in using your credentials from the same account instead.

1. Once logged in, please select either “Main Page -> Security -> Add Device -> Scan QR code”or“Search Device” after connecting your Baby Monitor E20/E21 to a wall outlet.

2. Scan the device’s QR code located at the bottom of the camera to begin the setup process. If the QR code fails to scan, you can also manually input the device’s serial number that is also located at the bottom of the camera.

3. Once the QR code is scanned or the serial number is entered, press and hold the SYNC button for 3 seconds until the device emits a beeping sound.

Note: Please make sure you have enabled Bluetooth on your smartphone.

4. Once the Baby Monitor E20/E21 has connected to your smartphone, please select your 2.4GHz WiFi network and input the WiFi password.

Note: If your 2.4GHz WiFi network SSID is hidden, you can also select “Other” to manually input the network information.

5. Once you have entered the correct information and pressed Confirm, the camera will automatically connect to the selected WiFi network.

Congratulations! Your new eufy Baby Monitor E20/E21 is now ready to use.
