There are two methods to charge the eufy SmartDrop T8790:
Option 1: Battery-Powered
1. Remove the 10,000mAh rechargeable battery from the eufy SmartDrop T8790.
2. Charge the battery with the provided Micro-USB charging cable until the LED light on the battery turns solid blue.
Option 2: Wired
1. Locate the hole on the backside panel behind the eufy SmartDrop T8790.
2. Run a 12V DC power adapter (not included in the package) through the hole. Please refer to the following recommended DC power adapter: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00Q2E5IXW. If the length needs to be extended, you can also purchase an extension cord as shown in the following link https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07J298GXD.
3. Affix the power adapter cable inside the SmartDrop T8790.
4. Plug the power adapter into an outlet to provide continuous power to the SmartDrop T8790.
