1. Avoid eaves or walls in the camera’s field of view as night vision infrared lights may cause reflections.

2. Use a soft and dust-free microfiber cleaning cloth to clean the camera lens if there are fingerprints or dust on the camera lens.

3. If the device is on a wall mount, you can turn off the infrared settings when the camera is next to a wall to reduce reflection when the wall is in the camera’s field of view. Steps in the app: Camera Settings > Video Quality > Night Vision Effect Adjustment.

4. Enabling auto night vision will give you a black and white live view at night, you can still view color night vision when you check the live view at night after enabling the Color Night Vision feature. Steps in the app:  Camera Settings > Video Quality > Color Night Vision.
