When you receive too many false detections from the motion sensor, please check the following tips:

1. Confirm whether there is a heat source, such as a fireplace, heated air conditioner, open windows, etc within the targeted detection area.  If there is a heat source, change the position of the detection area to avoid the heat source.

2. Decrease the sensitivity level of the motion sensor.

Level 1: 3-5m (low)

Level 2: 5-6m

Level 3: 6-7m (middle)

Level 4: 7-9m

Level 5: 9-11m (high)

3. Verify the installation height is between 2.0 m and 2.5 m and the downward tilted angle of the sensor is 10° if you have pets, or 20° if you do not have pets.
