If your eufy Keypad is unable to power on, please connect the Keypad to a 5V/1A charging adapter (not provided) using the included micro USB charging cable, and then plug the charging adapter into a wall outlet to charge the Keypad. The LED indicator on the Keypad will display a red indicator, please charge the Keypad until the LED indicator light turns to solid blue.
