To download the mobile app for your Apple or Android device, visit your device's app store and search for eufy app.

The eufy app needs iOS 11 or above operating system to work properly. You can also download it here.

Web Portal
There is no limitation for users to watch the Live View on the web portal. If you have subscribed to cloud backup, you are able to view the video history.
