1. Please check if the Wall Light Cam has power.

2. Please confirm the Wall Light Cam is online in the eufy app.

3. Please verify your WiFi network is not experiencing any connectivity issues to the Internet.

4. Please uninstall the eufy app and reinstall the app on your phone.

5. Check if a new firmware version is available for your Wall Light Cam. Please launch the eufy app > Wall Light Cam Settings > General > About Device > Check for firmware update.
