If your S100 Wall Light Cam fails to record videos, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved:
- Check whether the Wall Light Cam is in Disarmed mode. Please launch the eufy Security app > select the Security tab > select Wall Light Cam > verify the camera is not in Disarmed mode.
- Choose All Motion mode as the type of event detection to avoid missing motion triggered by people or cars.
- Enable the Motion-Activated Light feature for the Wall Light Cam to automatically turn on the light when the camera detects motion at night. Please launch the eufy Security app > Wall Light Cam Settings > Light Settings > Motion-Activated Light > enable the Motion-Activated Light feature.
Note: When the surrounding environment is dark, the Wall Light Cam’s motion and AI detection range will be shortened due to insufficient lighting. This may lead to the camera not detecting motion or recording events until the motion is occurring at a closer range from the camera.
