S100 Wall Light Cam fails to record events after turning on the light
If the light on your S100 Wall Light Cam turns on when the camera detects motion but fails to record any videos, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved:
- Please note that when the Wall Light Cam’s event detection type is set to Human mode, the camera will not be saving a video recording after the light on the Wall Light Cam turns on but the camera does not detect a person.
- Please note that when the Wall Light Cam’s event detection type is set to All Motion mode, the camera will not be saving a video recording after the light on the Wall Light Cam turns on but the camera does not detect any motion triggered by either a person or a large object.
