If your S100 Wall Light Cam appears to be stuck during its firmware update process, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved:
- Please verify your WiFi network is not experiencing any connectivity issues to the Internet.
- Remove the Wall Light Cam by launching the eufy Security app > Wall Light Cam Settings > Remove Device.
- Set up the Wall Light Cam again as a new device.
- Verify the current firmware version on your Wall Light Cam. Please launch the eufy Security app > Wall Light Cam Settings > General > About Device > check under System Version for the current firmware version and the timestamp that shows the last time the camera had updated its firmware version.
