If you notice your eufyCam 3/3C stops recording videos when there is still motion, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.

1. Adjust the camera installation location or surveillance angle to allow the camera to detect farther away. Please refer to the following article for the recommended methods to install your camera: What should I know if I install the eufyCams? 

2. Select the “All Motion” mode in Motion Detection settings and increase the camera’s detection sensitivity level. (My Devices > “...” Icon > Gear Icon > Camera Settings > Motion Detection)

3. Change the camera working mode to “Customize Recording” with 5s retriggering intervals and extend the recording time when the camera records a video. (My Devices > “...” Icon > Gear Icon > Camera Settings > Power Manager > Customize Recording)

4. If you have set up an activity zone, please try deleting the activity zone so the camera does not stop recording when motion moves outside of the activity zone. (My Devices > “...” Icon > Gear Icon > Camera Settings > Motion Detection > Activity Zone)
