There Is No Sound When I View the Live Stream of the 4G Starlight Camera

If there is no sound when you view the Livestream, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.

 

1. Enable the speaker output on the camera Live View page.

2. Make sure the camera's speaker is enabled and its volume is on the highest level: eufy Security app > Camera Settings > Audio Settings > enable the Speaker option.
